How do I know my correct size?

Do I need an account to order online?

You do not need an account to order in our webshop. However, with an account you can review old orders and the status of your current order. Creating an account is easy and can be done during checkout.

What is the status of my order?

You will be informed of your order by email at various times during the shipping process. If you have an account, you can log in and check the status of your order at "Order history".

Which payment options do Fausto offer?

How can I track my order?

After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that will allow you to follow your package to your front door. Please feel free to contact our customer service if you have any further questions or comments about the shipment of your order.

What can I do if something is wrong with my order?

If you received an incorrect item or something is missing, please feel free to contact our customer service department. Please include as much information as possible, including specific order numbers.

How do I return my order?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please return to Fausto Cycling within 30 days of receipt in ‘as new’ condition for a refund, or a like for like exchange. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for products purchased directly from faustocycling.com
